Submitting a booking request does not by itself create a confirmed reservation. A reservation is confirmed only after YYZ Echelon provides confirmation and any required booking requirements have been satisfied.
Requested vehicle classes are subject to availability. A comparable vehicle or alternative option may be discussed when the requested vehicle is unavailable.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup, destination, timing, passenger, luggage and other relevant trip information. Changes to an itinerary may affect availability or pricing.
Quotes are based on the information provided and may depend on route, duration, vehicle, waiting time, additional stops, special requests and other trip requirements. Any applicable charges will be communicated as part of the booking process.
Cancellation and change terms may vary by reservation. The applicable terms should be reviewed when your booking is confirmed.
